Our past amd current projects and programs

Alhamdullillah, the Wisdom International School for Higher Education Studies & its affiliate Wisdom Enrichment Foundation (WEFOUND) have implemented the following projects and programs:

• Free scholarship to deserving online students worldwide;
• Launching & implementation of Prince Alwaleed’s scholarship, training & research grants for  CHED-ARMM HEIs;
• Writing and publication of Islamic books, articles and leaflets based on the Qur’an and the Sunnah;
• Have distributed books and Islamic reading materials to the libraries of leading universities worldwide, as well as on the Internet and email list service;
• Local & international Islamic awareness programs through lecture series, seminars and conferences on Islam, Da’wah, leadership, personality development, management and other professional disciplines relevant to the goals of the organization;
• WISHES recently co-sponsored with the Commission on Higher Education- ARMM and the Integrated Mindanao Economic Forum (IMEF) the INTERNATIONAL SYMPOSIUM ON MUSLIM EDUCATION, with the theme: The Role of Higher Education in Fostering Islamic Understanding for Global Peace and Sustainable Socio-economic Development,held on February 16-17, 2009 at Manila Hotel, Philippines;
• WISHES recently co-sponsored with Mindanao State University (MSU), General Santos City a public Seminar on Global Peace, Development and Success through Understanding Islam from Authentic Sources, at MSU-GSC, Philippines;
• WISHES recently co-sponsored with the Commission on Higher Education- ARMM, Philippine Muslim Teachers (PMTC) and King Faisal Center for Islamic, Arabic & Asian Studies (KFCIAAS) the “All Lanao Educators Conference on Relevant Higher Education Curricula for Muslims in the Philippines”, held at MSU on August 16, 2007.  The conference adopted unanimously the Islamic Studies curriculum presented by Dr Norlain Dindang Mababaya;
• WISHES organized with CHED-ARMM, PMTC & KFCIAAS the formation of the Muslim Educators and Researchers Federation of Asia (MERFA), in collaboration with the presidents/ heads of colleges and higher institutions under the CHED-ARMM;
• Educating Muslims and interested non-Muslims worldwide with authentic knowledge of the Qur'an and the Sunnah, as well other useful knowledge for attaining a well-balanced life and success through the online Wisdom International School for Higher Education Studies and the WISDOM Enrichment International Islamic Learning Program (WEILP);
• Developing Islamic Studies Curriculum according to the Qur'an and the Sunnah for the Mindanao State University King Faisal Center for Islamic, Arabic and Asian Studies, Marawi City, Philippines;
• Training interested Muslims to be effective writers on Islam through the WISDOM Islamic Journalism/Effective Writing Program;
• Establishing an Islamic Library in consortium with the Mindanao State University King Faisal Center for Islamic, Arabic and Asian Studies, Marawi City, Philippines;
• Putting up an Islamic Library in consortium with the Philippine Muslim Teachers' College, Marawi City, Philippines.

Our future projects and programs

• Establishment of Wisdom International Schools for Muslims in the Philippines and elsewhere where students shall excel in all subjects, especially Islamic Studies;
• Short-term Da’wah, management and leadership training courses for students, professionals and executives, from an Islamic perspective;
• Short-term courses on effective teaching, using modern methods, arts and techniques;
• Muslim orphanage centers in the Philippines and elsewhere;
• Compilation, production and distributio of electronic books/CDs about Islam and other useful knowledge for free distribution to poor but deserving individuals worldwide;
• Launching of Outstanding Service Award Program for distinguished Muslims leaders and Du’at;
• Writing, publishing and distribution of books, from an Islamic perspective, on English grammar, writing, composition and other relevant subjects for children and adults;
• Distribution of authentic Islamic books at very reasonable prices;
• Establishment of WEFOUND-WISDOM Islamic Learning and Da'wah Centers in the Philippines and elsewhere; and
• Establishment of  Waqf Fund as an instrument for the realization of WISDOM’s mission and goals.
