Verily, Muslims who have the efforts like what you have done are the best ones amongst those who learned and gained more about Western education. Your Noble Objectives (WISDOM) as defined in your Home Page are meaningful. Thank you for sharing with me Sister Nazia Abbas’ paper: "The Muslim Family’s Role in Building a Righteous Society’’ [Dec. 31, 2001]. May Allah (swt) reward this sister for her noble efforts in summarizing in 13 pages the role of the Muslim Family in building a just and righteous community in today’s troubled world. Her scholarship in presenting the ‘responsibilities’ of the individual Muslim is certainly meritorious and praiseworthy.

I now look forward to receiving the "follow-up paper" on the "Role and Responsibilities of Muslim Governments" (al fard al kifayah) to parallel the role of that of the individual Muslim family (al fard al `ain) in promoting this just and righteous society, masterfully articulated by Sister Nazia Abbas. This second paper should complete this ‘societal blueprint’ for Muslims and non-Muslims alike.
